They're hiring the best and brightest, as well as paying for 0-days on the black market. There's no magic bullet to protect against them finding a new way into your system. The best bet is to have multiple layers of security, make sure everything is up to date, and make yourself the least attractive target. It's like car theft; there's no car that can't be stolen. But you want your car to not be the least secure on the block.
